Love that restaurant, authentic Italian
Watch out for what they charge compared to what you get – I called in an order for pickup. I was charged for salads I never received and I was charged full portion meals when 1 was normal portion the other was less than half of the other. I wouldnt say it is worth what you get for what you pay. Nothing spectacular.
Terrible gyros! Who serves a good gyros in Rapid City? – We are new to Rapid City and are looking for a restaurant in town that serves good quality genuine gyros (like Nicks in Sioux Falls or King Kong in Omaha). I did some searching on the internet and saw that Piesanso's had gyros on their menu so we each ordered one for lunch today. Unfortunately their gyros was truely AWEFUL! Hand made pizza, as well as other things. A little on the pricey side, but well worth it for a perfect pizza!!
Neighborhood setting, reasonable food It's easy to measure a pizza place on its standard dishes, but a different test involves what should be fresh ingredients. A favorite order of mine is a twist on the traditional Hawaiian pizza, but with ground beef/hamburger in place of the Canadian Bacon. Piesanos has a unique presentation of pinapple rings on each piece, and they are indeed fresh and juicy. A slightly different zesty red sauce is also in store, making up for the use of frozen pizza crusts.
great pizza This is the place for pizza in rapid city. they make homemade sauce and use fresh toppings. While it is not Chicago style pizza it is very good for rapid city.
