To put it short and sweet, the stay was amazing! Oceanfront majesty, outstanding unit in terms of location, cleanliness, comfort, aesthetics, true beach feel without being overly done, and peaceful. I don't know why this condo isn't always booked, because it was perfect! This is difficult to rate. First of all, you can not beat this location and views. However, the elevator is out and I believe it's been out a while. Luckily I was informed before I booked and told their is a luggage lift. I met people who had no idea about the luggage lift and had hauled luggage up 3 flights of stairs. We stayed in #203. Again, spectacular views! Needs a bit of updating. Partial laminate wood floors but old carpet in rooms and living area which need replaced with laminate throughout. The kitchen was fine.
