This company took advantage of our ministry. They spent 7 hours with 2 men to tell me that my 35 year old unit was not able to be repaired and needed replaced. They basically took advantage of the fact that the person paying the bill was not physically at the location to oversee their work. Wasted a bunch of time and then charged us for the time. We are now out $685 and still need to call another HVAC company.
