I am not out to get the YMCA located in Flushing on Pierson Rd, although I have some concerns I need to address. I have been going to this place for a long time consistently. I have made enormous health improvements. Thank you YMCA for what you do! It appears that there are some jealous people that come to workout or just to mess with Christians like myself. There are some people that think it is funny to make fun or subtle Jesus jokes to discourage Christians from working out and use absolutely filthy language, such as the ... read more
Flushing & Flint residents deserve better. They were closed for a week to clean and do upgrades. Our first day back there were multiple bats, cobwebs everywhere, dust everywhere. Was the parking lot the only thing patched for the week? When is there going to be an upgrade to this gym? This place is dirty and needs to be redone. The downtown Y is beautiful but too far away for daily use. The residents here deserve the best as well. Such a let down. Has great potential. Will sign back up once repairs are done.
