I want to give a sincere thank you to Mr. Alvin and Mr. O’Neil at the YMCA on Pierson Rd in Flint. My son experienced muscle pain so intense that it caused him to pass out and required an ambulance examination. Getting a phone call like that immediately sends a parent into panic, and I definitely was. Mr. Alvin handled the entire situation with such calm professionalism. I don’t even wanna give it a one star very disappointed in this YMCA there are so many things that need to be addressed in regards to the upkeep of the amenities in this building. I had to cancel my membership.
Great diverse group of members. Helpful staff. Well thought exercise equipment.
The front desk staff is very nice & helpful.
