If I could give negative stars I would. I called to inquire on a property my organization was interested in purchasing. The woman who answered the phone was very short. I asked how her day was and with no response she asked who I'm with. Puzzled by the question I provided her the name of my organization and she abruptly stated she's not donating and hung the phone up on me. That is extremely rude and unprofessional.
