Preferred lender is garbage. Warranty department can’t return communication in a timely manner.
Their preferred lender is horrible, not responsive. Be very careful with your earnest money, they will try to keep it at all costs. Looks like I wasn’t the only one that had problems with their lender.
Sales office had me apply for our loan on their computer when we signed the offer. Their Lender said it looked good and then she gave me another phone number to another lender stating it was good to have a 2nd lender if needed as a backup. She said I would get 3% for my closing costs, this was really important as we did not have a home to sell but had been saving for 3 years to buy. The lady in the sales office was super friendly. I would recommend anyone going here if you plan on purchasing a home
