I bought a brand new weight distribution system, hitch and sway bar for my 34 ft camper. I was headed from Alberta to PEI. Got this installed in Ontario and made it to Ottawa before it broke. I still had about 20 hours of driving. $1,000 wasted and they wouldn't even do anything other than reimbursing us for just the cost of replacing the sway bar. Which never even happened anyways. We sent pictures as requested and then never heard back. Unbelievably disappointing.
Really awesome experience buying a dump trailer here. Eric went above and beyond to help get me a trailer within 24 hours. Would recommend this dealer every time !
Be very careful with your dealings with this dealer. The owner can be extremely rude and abusive; and his customer relations skills appear to be non-existent. In April we took our RV in for repair, which turned out to be quite extensive. Initially we were told the repair would likely take 2 to 3 weeks. It took them more than 2 weeks to even look at the issue; then we were told it would take a couple more weeks. The estimate was approximately $10,000.
