I’m leaving 1 star due to that fact that during my 1st month here my bike was stolen from the underground parking lot. How would that happen if the parking lot was locked and only residents can get in. So a resident stole it or some how it is unsecure. That’s not the bad part. After I filled a police report and insurance claim because it was a very expensive road bike I asked the manager could they pull the camera to see who took it. 5 star for the tenants and people working here. Theyre very helpful and friendly. They get back to my concerns right away. Thank you Elizabeth for helping me with the oven today 4/9/19. the oven in my unit is so modern and im still learning how to use it haha, so the touchpad was not working and i got worried because i always bake! The staff responded to me promptly and Elizabeth reset the oven and now it's great again. Thank you
Just wanted to add my experience here. As the owner mentioned, some of these comments seem to be smear tactics. We've toured both Pierside North and South and were treated extremely well. The ladies in the office were professional and courteous, allowing us to take as much time as we needed to assess. As a result, we are actively looking to rent here just as soon as our current lease expires (2 blocks away). I was checking the reviews as most do now in considering apartments. My one-star is in response to the "Response from the owner" messages related to Stacy Goldstein-Collinsworth, Chris Hicks, & others. Please be aware that prospective tenants look at these reviews to anticipate what their future experience would be with apartment management if an issue arises.
