I went there on June 30, and all I needed was to have the clasp replaced with a silver one. The jeweler convinced me to choose a silver clasp instead of an iron one, even though it didn’t really matter to me. He said the silver one would be of higher quality. This is what the clasp looks like a week later. I don’t think silver would turn out like this in just a week from normal wear and tear. Even for a small $25 repair, I ended up getting ripped off.
Excellent trustworthy service, very friendly staff, very good prices if you are selling gold or silver and a great selection with fair pricing if you are buying. Highly recommend!! Always a pleasant experience everytime I shop there!
