Very bad experience. I would definitely recommend avoiding this service.
Schedule ahead and you will have a great experience here. The new showroom and waiting area are nice. Quiet and comfortable. In and out in about an hour for an oil change and tire rotation.
The new service building is wonderful. I love that you can just drive into the bay, go into the office, and talk with one person... and pay that one person for the service. Then your car is right in front of the door to drive away. Excellent service!
