My family recently discovered that Pierre Khater of Pierres Landscape and Design has been charging our elderly relative in extremely predatory ways. Prices were 5–6x higher than normal landscaping rates, and the “invoices” were literally written on a diner notepad. Not a real bill, no itemization, no contract, nothing even remotely professional. This person, I believe his name is Pierre, is very unprofessional and rude. He did a service. And did not complete it and it was not what was agreed upon. I called him to schedule when he will come and complete the service agreed and he said he will schedule a date on Wednesday of the same week. Today is that Wednesday.
