Do not use this business. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS. My card was charged the 50% upfront deposit for my external awnings and I was told it would be 2-3weeks to installation. Two weeks after the initial credit card charge my card was debited the full balance with NO delivery or a date for installation- a clear breach of the written contract. A very bitter experience. We will not be back! We felt that our chairs were held for ransom. Owner insisted on 50% deposit when we delivered the chairs. When we could not find a suitable fabric, we were asked to pay 3/4 of the deposit to get our chairs back when no work had been done on them! In the end, we had to cut our loses, choose a barely suitable fabric and pay for the recovering. I would NOT recommend dealing with this business.
Never again! All contact initiated by us and it’s taken over 10 months to get this far. In all this time we have not had usable seating in this room. Demanded full payment before we saw our couches. The cushions were made much to small so didn’t fit. The foam he used in the seats he may as well filled them with concrete they were so hard. Unbeknownst to us he reused the 25+ year old inserts in the back and tried to say we had agreed to this. This man Pierre took money from my elderly mother prior to doing the job asked which was to fix a broken chair , it took him 4 weeks and on receiving the chair back I would say my 20 year old son could have done a better job! Do not use this person
