Tabitha was not only knowledgeable about our product she was customer friendly and engaging
Customer service is always excellent, and Greg, our service rep, always goes above and beyond. Today what was supposed to be just an oil change turned into a longer appointment when I mentioned a few things I thought might need attention. Greg is truly an asset to the company.
Took in for recalls and was fixed on time but tried to tell me I need a new cabin air filter for $200 when I had just replaced mine the day prior
Paul was fantastic! Great communication and fast repairs! He definitely went above and beyond. This was my first time needing work done on my Ford and the process could not have been easier.
