Best customer care! Everyone is awesome especially Ally who went above and beyond to help me! They even have a pick up and drop off accommodations and you can schedule an appointment for maintenance on their website.
Had a great experience with this service center recently. We were visiting Seattle from Central Alberta and experienced car trouble on Sunday, and planning to leave Monday. We called ahead to dealerships along our planned route in Canada but none could or would try to get us in to help us get home. They are too much I blame my self being Ford car member they didn’t need even help. They don’t even want to listen to you plus just this not the you can be a family the dealership everything is just bullshit. They just needed to send the car that’s it. You need anything you don’t get it even they don’t want to help you.
TL;DR: Do not trust this service department. According to the Service Manager, it was my fault for trusting them. I brought my Mustang in for maintenance and a standard P1450 engine code. The total bill was $764. I was charged $175 for a purge valve assembly that has a Ford MSRP of $85 (FR3Z-9G297-H), plus an additional $375 in labor.
