I came in here to order a Ford performance exhaust and throttlebody for my 2022 Mustang I just bought. Not one person working in this shop knew what I was talking about or took five seconds to look up any information for me. I was ready to schedule the work and order the parts for everything to get done. I felt very disrespected and that they did not want to take my money. Very unfortunate I guess I will just order the parts off of American Muscle.
Excellent experience here with Greg, who was expeditious and very helpful in fixing an issue with my Mach-E. He even called the next day to check in to make sure everything was good to go!
Had a great experience with Paul, who was able to get me in the same day and fixed a few hours later when my battery was giving me a lot of issues. He was extremely polite and understanding. Huge thanks to him and his team for his help!
