They had an excellent deal for a beautiful blue, low mileage BMW. I had never bought a car before so I was a little on edge. Rowan (Ro) accompanied me for the test drive and all of the paperwork. He was very human and personable through the whole process; giving me thoughtful, grounded answers to all of my questions and concerns.
