Lived here for about 14 months. When it came to renew my lease, there was significant rent increases, on top of losing my rent concessions (the latter being expected). I reached out and was told by “Slade” there was no negotiating, and I either accepted the increase, or move out. I opted to move out. Come to find out, the unit is now listed on Zillow for the same rent that I was paying. Slimy property management. Was forced to uproot my life for absolutely no reason.
