Lived here for about 14 months. When it came to renew my lease, there was significant rent increases, on top of losing my rent concessions (the latter being expected). I reached out and was told by “Slade” there was no negotiating, and I either accepted the increase, or move out. I opted to move out. I love living here! The building is very nice and well maintained.
I could say so many nice things about the Pierpont! My apartment is so cute and nice, I absolutely love it. My view of downtown is beautiful and the shops and restaurants within walking distance are amazing. The amenities are fantastic, there is a dog bath, Internet lounge, gym, bike storage, hot tub, fire pit, and decked out entertainment room.
