Thankful we found Pierpoint for my elderly mom, mainly for the incredibly caring people who work there. She calls to tell me the sweetest stories of them checking in on her just to say hello or immediately addressing concerns she has. Last week, one of the maintenance guys noticed her car window down and came to the door to let her know before it rained. 1-20-25 I have left multiple messages and emails since 12-9-24 and still haven’t had a return call. To anyone reading this I haven’t heard from the office in over 15 days since I came home to 2 strangers they let in my apartment with no contact. I am not safe here and they won’t do anything to fix it. They’re just ignoring me and acting like they care on here. 3rd update to respond to owner. It is 5:30 pm 11/13/24. We moved here from out of state a few months ago. It was a seamless experience and our expectations were met and exceeded in every way. Tina made that happen. Answering all of my questions, supplying pictures to help me see what I could not see in person. Worked with us to have a video tour with my daughter present. Tina has been available to answer questions after our move in, as well. She is always pleasant and professional!
