I have lived here several years, and I truly enjoy the environment. It's centrally located and the staff is kind and helpful. Juan is always tentative and resolves my work orders promptly. The leasing girl, Tricia, has been a pleasure to work with and assist with my needs.

We've been here for almost a year and a half now and we truly love it. The staff is so kind and attentive. Juan our maintenance fellow is awesome and will take care of anything you need! The neighborhood is fairly quiet. The trees keep it reasonably cool even in the summer. The buildings are older than these more recent "luxury" apartment complexes, so visibly they're not as shiny and new of course. But they are more solid and secure. A great apartment complex to live in love here, living here, enjoyable Tina The assistant manager is very helpful and wonderful every time I’m walking my dog. She stops by and gives her a treat. She’s very very sweet and Juan Hernandez is one of the maintenance that I see that is hard-working and very knowledgeable about community communication and is able to resolve all issues I’ve had in my apartment.

If you're considering Pierpoint Apartments, don't make your decision based solely on the advertised monthly rent. Ask for a complete breakdown of **every required monthly charge** before signing a lease. Pierpoint Apartments was originally built in **1985** as an apartment community. I don’t write reviews lightly, but this experience deserves to be documented so others don’t walk into the same situation I did. After months of unresolved issues, ignored communication, and unacceptable living conditions, I was finally able to get out of my lease and I’ve since purchased a home so I never have to deal with anything like this again.
