To anyone reading this I haven’t heard from the office in over 15 days since I came home to 2 strangers they let in my apartment with no contact. I’m a single female who lives alone and they left a broken window months ago. I am not safe here and they won’t do anything to fix it. We moved here from out of state a few months ago. It was a seamless experience and our expectations were met and exceeded in every way. Tina made that happen. Answering all of my questions, supplying pictures to help me see what I could not see in person. Worked with us to have a video tour with my daughter present. Tina has been available to answer questions after our move in, as well. She is always pleasant and professional! Updated post with pictures. Update again. 5 weeks of roach infestation due to Palmer students leaving apartments on break and not cleaning. Literally coming out of the ceiling and walls. I have had to take 3 days off of work in the process to make sure treatment is rendered. Otherwise they do nothing and lie about it. I have been here a year. I had a wonderful experience with Tina, she was extremely helpful with coordinating our move in and answering our questions. The place looks brand new, and is very clean. I highly recommend PierPoint!
