Maintenance team is not thorough, I had issues while I lived here with appliances and AC, and I know multiple people still living here who are having similar issues. Any issues take a battle to get fixed. Also no flexibility whatsoever for anyone looking to purchase a home. Anything under a 60 day notice equals a fee of double your monthly rent payment. Won’t replace broken appliances, asked them to come take a look at the dishwasher and because it was on and attempting to run they left and said it was working without even looking into the machine…. I just wanted it fixed.
