4/3/26 I have attached record of service request which sat open for days with no response or contact, called the office, its AI no human contact, and all the sudden it’s changed to “on hold.” Cannot get in contact with anyone, this is the norm for maintenance, it can take days and weeks to get a response and service. 1/30/26 went to the office in person as I cannot get a call back, note on door said back at 11am it’s 1208 pm and no one is in the office. Pierpoint Apartments has a great location near Palmer College, but living here became extremely disappointing due to ongoing maintenance and management issues.
