They've never let me down – I have been making trips out to Piermont Bicycle Connection from NYC for more than 10 years. They have been a great shop for reliable, friendly service (even if I came in with a botched repair of my own doing). The Only Cycle Shop – I have been a loyal customer of PBC since I started riding. Glen gave me an honest evaluation of the bikes and accessories without the typical sales pressure. He put me on a bike, geared me up and sent me on a test ride. When I returned (convinced I had test ridden my future "wife"), Glen wanted m to wait and consider the purchase. Appalling experience – I was with 8 of my other teammates on a Saturday ride through piermont, and we stopped into the store to look around while one of our teammates had her bike serviced. As we were grabbing our bikes to leave, the owner marched outside to speak with us. Apparently he was 'displeased' (read: outraged) that we hadnt properly hung a jersey back on the rack after looking at it.
