I purchased a Pierdeco Aquamassage unit in October. The unit started leaking when using the handheld massage, I notified Bath Emporium (where I purchased the unit) and after 2 weeks of back and forth emails, they sent me a "how to fix" video.I had to have my plumber come back and fix the unit. They said it was an installation issue but my plumber found that it was a loose fitting going to the handheld faucet. He tightened it and put t-tape and now it works fine but cost me an additional $150. Not the kind of customer service... read more

Products and service at this company are outstanding. There are beautiful products, and while this is a top tier design shop, they still have products that are affordable. Innovative, beautiful, and great quality all around. Can't wait to do another bathroom remodelling job, so we can fit in more of Pierdeco's beautiful pieces.
