Nous avons récemment aménagé dans notre maison et la douche avait un problème. Nous avons donc contacté Pierdeco et la communication a été rapide et efficace. La même semaine, David est venu chez nous et a réparé le problème très rapidement. Cela ne nous a pas coûté cher et son service était exceptionnel. Nous sommes très satisfaits et recommandons fortement leurs services!

I purchased a Pierdeco Aquamassage unit in October. The unit started leaking when using the handheld massage, I notified Bath Emporium (where I purchased the unit) and after 2 weeks of back and forth emails, they sent me a "how to fix" video.I had to have my plumber come back and fix the unit. They said it was an installation issue but my plumber found that it was a loose fitting going to the handheld faucet. He tightened it and put t-tape and now it works fine but cost me an additional $150. Not the kind of customer service... read more

Service après vente INCROYABLE! J’avais acheté ma colonne de douche en 2022. A cause d’un bris j’ai du faire affaire avec leurs services après-vente. La rapidité de la réponse a été tellement rapide ainsi que le service client ! Sans parler de la qualité du produit! Assurément que je vais racheter leurs produits! Merci beaucoup
