Jacob is very kind, well-spoken, and demonstrates deep knowledge of his craft! I walked in SUPER nervous about getting a nose stud and with lots of questions— mind you, I already got a nose stud years ago— and he answered each one thoroughly, patiently, and realistically / no sugar coating. Jacob is literally the sweetest. By far the best customer service out of any piercers I’ve met. Worth every penny ! Great jewelry selection.
