Alina pierced my 6-year-old daughter's ears this past weekend. She was extremely friendly, patient, and explained the whole process in a way she would understand. It made all the difference in the world to calm her nerves. Although a few tears were shed, she is still talking about Alina, and her entire experience, days later. :)
Randee was AMAZING! Me and my daughter (11 yo) came here to get her ears pierced and my nose pierced. My daughter struggles with anxiety over everything and Randee was sooo good with her! When the water works started Randee was sooo patient with her. Took the time to show and explain everything and wouldn’t proceed until my daughter was ready.
