100/100 I had a great experience at this piercing place. I came in after having a bad situation at other shop, and they were very kind, professional and understanding. They helped my daughter reopen her nose piercing and took the time to explain everything to us. My five year old daughter has been asking to get her ears pierced for the first time. We didn’t want to put her through the (extra) pain, unsterilized piercing gun, cheap jewelry, or an inexperienced piercer at the mall, which is why we wanted to use a professional piercer. Professional, fun, courteous. Great place, great piercer.
First off the shop is SUCH A VIBE. The decor is amazing and the energy is perfect. Everyone working seemed so welcoming, professional and down to earth. I had my ears pieced at 29 after multiple failed attempts when I was a child. They answered all my questions on proper aftercare and cleaning and had an amazing selection of jewellery to choose from. The piercing process was quick and easy. 10/10 absolutely recommend and will be a returning customer for future piercings!!
