Horrible experience horrible customer service care. I haven’t received my order and first they tell me it’s still on the way and I had to give them the tracking information which I thought the company would already have that information. I’ve sent pic saying my package delivered somewhere but I’m unfamiliar. They still didn’t help me resolve my issue. I’m still trying to figure it out myself. I was told to wait 15 -20 days. This company don’t care about there customers do not order anything from them.

BUYER BEWARE Product fell apart within a month, the beads just fall while walking even though the chain is unbroken? For gold jewelry this is crazy, I don't know how physically they even made a product so poorly... Customer service told me to get lost.
Ashley & Joyce are great have really great customer service. They truly made sure I left satisfied. They were great!
I took my young daughter to get her ears pierced and the piercing itself was done well. However, when I reviewed my receipt, I saw an additional $14 charge ($7 for each earring) for an "Extended Service Agreement" that I had not been told about. When I called to ask about this, the worker told me she discussed this charge with my wife but that was a lie. She never disclosed this charge to me or my wife; she simply added it to the bill of her own accord. Bad customer service!
The staff at the Merrimack, NH locations helped us with an insured item return for my girlfriend's daughter and I was SO impressed with the kindness, expertise and professionalism of the staff. While we were in there a few days prior, other Banter pros were helping customers and I noticed how pleasant of an experience customers were receiving. I highly recommend vising this location and receiving excellent service from this amazing staff!
