When I arrived (after taking 2 hours to get my daughter ready), I was informed that the piercer scheduled was not there for my scheduled 1pm appointment. The piercer that was there for the day left at 1pm (my appointment time). The manager informed me there was nothing they can do and I would have to reschedule. I am not upset at someone calling out sick, however I think it is COMMON decency to call the customer and inform them that the scheduled appointment would not take place.
