The woman who works here most often is very nasty. She is a tanned woman who looks to be about 35 years old, perhaps a manager. She is not meant to work in customer service, her attitude has been nasty every single time I go to Piercing Pagoda in Woodbridge mall. I LOVE Piercing Pagoda, the prices are reasonable and the jewelry lasts a while. Unfortunately, I will NEVER purchase anything from this location again until something is done about this woman.
