WORST customer service!!! – I went here to get my daughters ears pierced and I will never attempt to go there again. The employee wouldn't break away from her conversation with her friends to even give me the time of day. She KNEW I was there waiting to be helped but she couldn't seem to realize she was at work, not social hour. Then the phone rang and it was obvious it was one of her friends.
