RecommendedWent today with my 4 year old daughter, they were very friendly with her and excited for her to get her ears pierced! She didn’t even shed a tear! They did a great job! Would recommend them!
Had my ears pierced 2 weeks ago. The woman who did it was knowledgeable and friendly. Today, as I was turning one of the earrings, the front of the ($60) diamond stud earrings, the front popped off, falling out of my ear. I had to force a post back into my ear. I can’t believe how easily the overpriced stud broke. I won’t be purchasing their jewelry anymore
I called today at 2:00 to ask about ear piercings for my daughter. I asked if I needed to make an appointment, they were very nice and told me no then let me know what time they closed tonight. I packed my daughter up and drove 25 minutes to get her ears pierced, only to find out that they won’t do it today. They treated me like I was incompetent and that the phone conversation I had today never happened. I am extremely unhappy and very disappointed, considering this was a recommendation from a friend.

This place sucks never buy your children earings from here, Especially when they tell you they have your information on file and if your kid looses one just make sure you have one of the earrings and they will replace it. There fucking liars, tell me why they have only 1 set of earings on file the one that didnt have "warrenty" well I guess your workers were robbing you cause they robbed me to fuck this place and all customer service said was im sorry. Next time we will take our buisness else where
Do not waste your time at Piercing Pagota! I took my niece to get her ears pierced,and had to wait 25 minutes for the girl to finaly get off the phone and help us.We probably should have left at this point but we didn't. We paid $51 dollars for the earrings and were upsold a warranty for $5 dollars in case one of the earrings fell out and got lost or damaged. A month later one earing fell out and was lost. We brought our reciept and the other earring and the same girl that sold the warranty now refused to warranty it for us.... read more
Rude employees and overpriced jewelry!!!! – What a disappointment!!! Last week I took my daughter to the Sandy Piercing Pagoda to get her ears pierced. The only cute earrings were way overpriced. In addition they charge $5 for a "warranty" and $1 for ear care without telling you ( I found out after I had already paid). The worst part was that the girl helping us (Nicole, I think) was very rude. She seemed like she didn't even want to be there.
