I had my daughter ears pierced at the Great Lakes Crossing kiosk.. I paid 70.00 for the earrings and the extended warranty. I was told that the extended warranty covers lost earrings.. 2 weeks later.. My daughter earring came out her ear. I called the Great Lake Crossing kiosk and was told that the warranty doesn't cover lost earrings. And that her manager wasn't there so call Customer service.
