This is a bad company. I have bought a lot of jewelry and never had a problem until I bought an earring. It was lost and I can see in the photo that a UPS package is missing. It is the photo and I have been trying to contact the company for over a month and every time I spend hours on the phone and manage to get in touch with them they tell me to wait 10 days. I recommend coming to Banter! I enjoyed my experience shopping with the stylists here at the Hamilton Mall. I received the best care and support from Lori , Zionayra, and Karen. They made my shopping experience a dream come true. Even when my order had some complications they worked extremely hard to resolve it in the best way possible. Everything was a success! Thank God!! I will be back!
