I got my ears pierced (2nd lobe piercing) here on Friday (9/26) and was very satisfied with my experience. The woman who pierced my ears took extra care to make sure that my piercings would be even and was very gentle and friendly throughout the whole process. She also provided me with a cleaning solution so that I can take care of my new piercings and helped me schedule a free follow-up appointment so that we can make sure my piercings are healing properly. I bought earrings recently at a Banter in Park City however on my arrival at home and opening the bags the earrings were broken. Next day I went to Banter at York Galleria and had my receipt however when I was at Park City they never linked my purchase to my phone number. Tori was super nice, assisted me with my exchange. Even called IT and a manager to ensure she was doing protocol as it was giving her an error msg as my purchase was not linked to my number. Thanks Tori! I appreciate your help.
