They are amazing 🤩, for my sons first time ever getting anything done like this they both (Tatianna & Elizabeth) are so sweet and so kind and SUPER patient with their customers

My daughter wanted her ears pierced so we came here. Tatiana took care of me the moment I approached the stand. She was so welcoming and nice! My daughter she’s 6 years old & autistic. She was so kind to my daughter & explained every step she was doing to her. I asked if both of her ears can get pierced at the same time and they said yes. Tatiana and Abena did amazing! My daughter ears are healing perfectly! Even though all the ladies there were nice, Tatiana costumer service and care stood out. Thank you so much!
As always Elizabeth the store manger provided excellent service! In addition Neysha a new hire helped a ton and I was impressed with her customer service skills and her attentiveness! THANK YOU!!
