I used to work at Piercing Pagoda in the Edison mall. I did a store transfer to be closer to my home, I was getting about 30 hours before the transfer and after I did the transfer, my hours went down to 13-14 hours a week. NO ONE can live off of that. Not once but twice did this happen to me: I was treated with such rudeness and disrespect I could not believe it. I had two purchases within this year where I bought a warranty with each one. My earrings that I bought broke so I took them back to get a new pair as the warranty guarantees. When they looked me up in the system there was no evidence of purchases.
