Not your typical Chinese – Okay, so strictly speaking it's not what you'd expect when you see China in the name, but you can kind of guess you're in for something different. The food is very good, and the service is great especially at the bar. Don't go there expecting a family meal while at the mall, but make a stop of it if you're looking for a good place to have a chinese/american influenced cuisine.
Not Chinese Food! – The food at PF Chang is not bad, but it cannot be considered Chinese food! Calling it Chinese food is an insult to all Chinese people. At most, it is Chinese-style cuisine. Yes, the restaurant has a great atomosphere and the service is nice, but this restaurant should not be considered a "Chinese" restaurant. The food, although not bad, is definitely not "Chinese" food.
