There customer service is AWFUL i was persuaded to buy 14k gold earring even tho i told the Assistant manger that I didn’t want to buy real earring if they are going to be lost and she continued to assure me that it would not happened but as it did and I went there to see what could be down AND SHE WAS RUDE INSTEAD OF TRYING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM SHE COMPARED MY EAR TO A CHILD WHICH IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL !!! I got my daughters ears pierced here. The piercing gun got stuck in her ear. A few hours after we left, the stone came out of the earring. I went back the next day and I was told that I could exchange for another pair once her healing time was over. We waited patiently for the 5 weeks to be over and again we're told to pick out a new pair. As we are selecting them a different employee approached me and told me that we could not exchange them because it would void out warranty that I PAID EXTRA for!!
