I purchased a silver bracelet for $100.00 that broke after 2 months. I took it back to the store and they said since I did not purchase a service contract there was nothing they could do for me. Their website says their products have a 90 warranty. They did not offer to repair or replace it. I called the main office number and they said the same.... They could have easily worked with me and provided something as now I have a $100.00 bracelet that is useless. :-(
