The siblings and I decided to stop in for a spontaneous decision to get some piercings. Derek and Keegan were extremely professional and kind. They squeezed us in for same-day appointments and talked us through all our concerns and questions (and let me tell you, our group had LOTS of questions)! They were patient and accessible to all of our needs. The shop was extremely clean. Would definitely recommend getting your next piercing here.
I had an appointment for a navel piercing and Derek was very professional and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I had such a great experience that I decided on the spot to also get a helix piercing! Everything was clean, calm, and well explained, and I’m really happy with both piercings. Will definitely be going back for more. highly recommend!
all staff are so knowledgeable and gentle <3 they make for a very therapeutic piercing experience in comparison to other parlors in Melbourne!!! my go to spot from now on
