The team at Piercing HQ always treat you wonderfully and with respect. They have a very clean environment and they are the best at what they do, I highly recommended them for any of your piercing needs. I myself travel for a couple of hours just to see them specifically. I believe that if you are going to get a piercing, no matter what sort that is, you want to get it done right. And these guys do it right! Ive never had any issues with my piercings from piercing hq.

Incredibly happy with the kindness and service from Derek and Keegan. They were so friendly and professional, helping me out with a repiercing that another chain franchise (that shall not be named) told me couldn’t be done. So glad I was recommended here. Will definitely be back for any future piercing needs.

Derek did a body piercing for me today and was absolutely brilliant. I'm often anxious about when others touch my body, but Derek explained everything that was going to happen, and explained everything that was happening as we went. The venue is also wheelchair accessible, and friendly to those with a variety of disabilies. Will absolutely be going back in the future

I went to Piercing HQ for my first ever piercings and the experience was exceptional from booking right through to aftercare. The staff were professional, friendly, and knowledgable. Cannot recommend enough!

I was actually really scared about getting my ears pierced, but Derek was amazing. His technique was excellent, and the whole experience felt surprisingly comfortable. He was gentle and patient. It was over so quickly, just seconds, and the pain was very minimal. I’m really grateful for how smooth and reassuring the whole process was. Btw, I like their cat!
