The receptionist was unprofessional and had an attitude upon arrival to make an appointment in person. Neither the receptionist or the piercer showed up to my appointment when we were told they were fully booked the day before when we reached out confirming our appointment. We waited almost half an hour afterwards, and got no response after reaching out to them continuously.
Great experience with Kelly! Scheduling an appointment for my nostril piercing via text was super easy, the appointment was on time, and was quick & way less painful than when I had it done many years ago elsewhere. Great assortment of jewelry as well, something for everyone. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience here! I called to schedule my appt and they were accommodating to my schedule and very professional on the phone. When I arrived for my appointment I was promptly greeted and Kate helped me pick out the jewelry I wanted (I got my lobes double pierced, my daith and helix switched to new jewelry). I've gotten my microdermal out by Kelly when she worked at Waukesha Tattoo Company, she did an amazing job getting it out for me, I've had gotten my medusa and conch done by Kelly and I would never go anywhere else, they are super informative and they're just great to work with overall, thank you for the awesome work you do!
