I recently visited this shop for an anti eyebrow piercing and was disappointed with the experience. I asked for a surface staple but the piercer used a curved barbell instead which is known to reject more easily. The piercing quickly became swollen. After I called and messaged to request the correct jewelry I returned to the shop. She offered another curved barbell this time even larger and wanted to charge 60 dollars just for the jewelry when I refused the change. Stacie was Amazing and really knows her stuff! I love that she is mobile and actually came to my home to pierce my little girl. My daughter was comfortable and Stacie put her at ease by letting her know what she was doing thru the whole process. She is a former nurse which made me, as a mom comfortable as well! I had contacted Stacie to get more piercing care solution and we worked out a shipment of the product almost three weeks ago. From the time I sent the money to her and she let me know it was shipped I had been asking for the tracking number to confirm shipment and delivery. She told me she would send it and never has. I have tried texting multiple times and calling and now it seems her phone line is disconnected. I am now 50$ out with no product I have paid for and she is unresponsive. I paid $160 total for my piercing and related services. My appointment was rescheduled multiple times due to weather, which I was patient and understanding about. After the piercing was done incorrectly and I reached out to get it addressed, she stopped responding entirely. I called and followed up multiple times and was ultimately ditched with no communication. Based on my experience, it felt like getting paid mattered more than customer satisfaction. Stacy was amazing! She walked me through the entire process step by step and made me feel completely comfortable. We did the 4th hole, orbital, and flat. She also helped me pick out jewelry that suited me perfectly. I felt like my ears were boring when I walked in, but not anymore Super professional, kind, and clearly knows what she’s doing. I can’t wait for these to heal so I can come back and get the other side done. Highly recommend Stacy for piercings!
