do not buy a car here!!!! they are thieves! we agreed on a price for a car, they gave me the paperwork on a usb, when i got home and opened the usb, i noticed they had added over $10,000 of optional services that i did not agree to! went back and they said the contract had been signed by me. the contract only had my name typed in with a computer, not wet signature anywhere, but according to dmv investigator vehicle purchase contracts don't need to have a wet signature, so the dealership can cook it up to their linking. if yo... read more
I came to this dealership for oil change service. I didn't have an appointment, but I did call in to make sure if OK to walk in. When I got there, I parked my car in non-appointment line about 2,3 minutes and no one came to ask me , so I walked to the outside service desk , tried to ask one of employee .That person told me get back to my car and wait, but the way He talked to me like more angry, not in polite way at all, no explaination, no please. worst service, over charge for little things, i brought my car there to fix something and it came out with more problems. i took it there for a second time trusting they were going to fix all problems finally and they came out with even more problems. charging $3-4 thousand each visit. when i called to confront the issue they avoid the problem and demand the money. don’t waste your time coming here
