One of the workers refused to use shoe coverings. We don't even walk on the carpet in our shoes on our own carpet. It is more of a cultural thing than just a cleanliness thing. I see this as disrespect. They wanted my wife to leave and go get the faucet like we had before unless we get the faucet that they already had. We ended up getting the faucet that they already had. I called pierce plumbing for a leak in my upstairs bathroom. Billy and Brent came and fixed my problem and they were both very professional and courteous. I highly recommend pierce plumbing!
