Horrible Recruiters. Basically they have a bunch or yahoos acting like they can recruit for technically advanced organizations while having no knowledge of what the position actually entails. Worked with them for opportunities and each time I had some new fresh off the school bus person trying to act like they where an executive and place me in what was known to be a $400k salary plus career.
