Like all the other reviews the staff here are extremely unprofessional and rude. Consider going elsewhere. Remember it’s your body they are touching and piercing, if they can’t treat you with respect and decency as a customer and a human-being, they likely won’t treat your body with respect. Be safe out there folks.
I visited the studio to purchase replacement jewelry after losing an earring. During that visit, the staff member was friendly and told me that if I had any trouble putting the jewelry back in, I could return for assistance. When I returned the following day, I was informed there would be a $15 + tax fee for staff to insert the jewelry. I later learned that this fee is listed on the website. Came in here today and honestly had a really bad experience. The man sitting at the front, who I believe is the piercer, was very rude and came off extremely entitled. There’s no reason to speak to customers that way. A little kindness and respect goes a long way. I definitely won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.
Jack swapped my nose ring out and I told him my newly pierced vertical helix was angry so he was so awesome to swap it to a bigger top part as the smaller one was embedded into my skin .. Greta service!! Will be getting more piercings here again!!
pierced my septum wrong TWICE, pierced in the cartilage instead of the sweet spot . Way too high up my nose that it’s barely visible. don’t recommend
