This is my 2nd time getting a piercing from them. We did 2nd piercing for my daughter amd 3rd piercing for me. Jack and the lady at the front were very professional, followed all the steps mentioned on the website, explained the procedure and after care thoroughly and overall made us feel relaxed knowing we had the information we needed. Will always recommend these people and this place. Hands down. P.S. the lady at the front and Jack totally deserve a raise :)
Had a really great experience with Alex, who pierced my conch for me. He was honest with expectations and straight forward with aftercare instructions. He’s a really knowledgeable and competent piercer.
Jack was amazing!!! It was my first nose piercing and they were so informative and made me feel so comfortable. 1000% recommend. Thank you Jack! <3
Jack is absolutely amazing! He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and makes sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. He’s so patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his clients. I always feel like I’m in the best hands when I’m getting pierced by Jack. I couldn’t recommend him enough!
Horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time.
