My furnace has been acting up for a long time- finally my landlord decided to send someone out. I was very pleased with how polite the man working on my furnace was unfortunately I didn’t catch his name! He answered all my questions, showed me how to work my new thermostat & genuinely Seemed concerned about the state of my furnace & did a beautiful job cleaning it up the best he could & now my house is no longer feeling like a meat locker! Hope if I ever have issues again I get the same person!
Doug and his team are THE ELITE plumbing service. They are quick to fit you into their schedule, and even quicker to answer the phone. Some of the other plumbing services will have you waiting for days for a call back, but not Doug. We had Doug out to our house because we had a block. He was able to determine it was in fact the city main that keeps backing into our system. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend Josh and his guys! Very professional made buying a new home system very easy. Josh came to the house and gave solutions to all the issues I was having! Great price compared to others as well! Install was very easy crew came out and knocked out the whole install in a day and even repaired ductwork issues. Very trustworthy group of people!
Absolutely crushed it. These guys have an incredible team, and the experience was top-tier from day one. We just built our first home, and Josh was with us every step of the way through the entire HVAC install. Communication was outstanding, questions were answered fast, and if anything came up, they jumped on it immediately and made sure it was done right.
