About a month ago, we had Pierce-Tucker out for our poor, old water heater and thankfully it was a simple thing, just a service call charge. In the last couple of weeks the water heater started to trip its breaker so we finally decided to get a new one. Not only did Doug get me in the books for NEXT DAY install, he took off the equivalent of the service charge fee (from their previous visit) off the total of the water heater install. Had the absolute best experience using Pierce-Tucker. They helped us in a pinch as we were getting our new flooring installed and needed to move a water line to our bathroom sink. While at our home, we discussed getting a new water softener installed and a couple of days later they came back and installed that and a new toilet. They were quick and efficient and we are so happy that we gave them a call. We will only be calling them going forward!
