Great place. Centrally located. First two hrs free.
The checkout process is horrible and takes forever to get out of there
Crazy how much they charge and how little they help. Always full and also a pile up of cars.
EDIT to a one star. Elevator is broken more than it runs. Beware if you have a mobility issue. If this was the private sector you would be fined. This structure is not the best for Birmingham. Graffiti on walls that isn't addressed (check the 5th floor stairwell). Elevator is disgusting. It smells consistently of marijuana and is dirty. I have never seen it cleaned.
