My first time experience at Pierce Smog Test Only was Awesome!! When I called in I asked if they do smog test on RV's the owner said yes. The owner and technician were very nice and helpful the owner actually came out and guided me in. The process was quick and amazing. I would highly recommend them.
The customer service was fantastic. I called and spoke with Chris before arriving. Very polite on the phone. Arrived within 30 minutes of phone call. My car was taken back quickly. Smog test was performed and I was in my way. Prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Pierce Smog.
Chris did an amazing job with my smog check. Even though I failed the first test, he really looked out for me and only charged me 25% of the original price for the retest, which I really appreciated. He went out of his way to guide me in the right direction, explaining exactly what I needed to do in order to pass.
