Don't Trust Them!!! I’ll start with the positive, the staff is mostly friendly and the apartments are mediocre quality. Unfortunately, the positives end there. I am on my second apartment with them. I started in a two bedroom and moved to a one bedroom after my roommate backed out. The staff was very helpful to switch me to a single bedroom. My first apartment had gnats the entire time I lived there (11 months) and being a neat freak and eating most meals at home it drove me nuts. When I asked for the pest control to take ca... read more

While I appreciated the bit about being different from other management companies/apartment owners in Fayetteville, as they were a 'family-owned' operation, ultimately I had several issues with Pierce Properties. Let me just warn anyone out there that while the apartments are mildly decent (moderately maintained, painted a nice tan color, etc.), being family owned apparently has little to do with leasing ethics or respect to tenants.
