Great customer service experience! Cheryl was great! This was a birthday present for my wife and she took the time with me to look at all the different options. After getting it home, the cushions seemed to slide out the side of the sofa frame. Called back and a gentleman suggested that we purchase a cushion grip to prevent it from sliding. Worked like a charm! And it's Stella approved! Thank you
