I came in here with a bad alternator on my Ram. I was told that I wouldn't be able to be seen today. I said that's unfortunate as I won't be able to make it the 40 mile home. I thought I could leave it overnight and get it checked out in the next few days. Nope. Leaving it overnight would get it looked at in 2 weeks. The Service manager and service writer Julian have been bending me over on recall parts and appointments for over a year on my Ram truck. Would always say they were looking into it and will call me back, but never did. Without going into a bunch of long drawn out details of multiple lies and failures on their part, I’ll just say this is the biggest joke of a service shop I have ever seen. I want to thank the service department here. After not being able to get my Ram recall completed and other items. Received run around by our local Ram dealer. I chose to drive 1.45 hr one way to this dealership. Service writers very friendly & knowledgeable. Recall & other items completed as promised. Truly wished we hard this dealership closer to Kalispell Mt. Great team !!!! But it’s worth the drive to get service you need without a run around. Thank you again Keith Lord
