Fraudsters – this company is a big fraud. I needed some emergency repairs and the guy came for an hour, couldn't even fix the problem and sent me an invoice for $940, charging for 4 hours of work at $235 an hour, claiming 3 hours of travel time. Am I supposed to pay $235 an hour for travel? and I don't even know where they sent the guy from? how long it really took him to travel? When I complained to the company they refused to accept their outrageous fee. They are threating me with an attorney, I will fight them out.
