Excellent customer service. Need more people like them. They made me feel right at home as a veteran. I was helped by Bria, Big Sean, Jen, Dominique, and Dr. Deibele
Dr Deibele was thorough and efficient in his examination. He also scores very high on making this patient very comfortable.
Big Sean was the first tech and was the first person to tell me about the RLE procedure! Joseph was the next tech who escorted me to Dr Deibele / Lauren. CAT wished me a Merry Christmas as we were walking to check out and Joe covered it. This is the most organized and professional clinic I’ve ever been to and highly recommend it! Couldn’t imagine anything better.
I have to be honest, due to some of the negative reviews I saw after booking my appointment I almost cancelled but I have an insane work schedule and can’t time much off so I decided to stick with it, and after going in and seeing it for myself I don’t know if the people who posted those awful things went to the same building I did. I was checked in and checked out by Brianna who I found to be efficient and polite. The next person I saw was Kelly also efficient and polite but in addition exuded great personal warmth. I then was checked by Optometrist Pierce Deibele. He wasted no time or words, gave me the diagnosis (which was already apparent to me) and sent in a prescription for treatment. I was surprised that I wasn't informed that I was seeing an Optometrist rather than an Ophthalmologist. Ronald Nackman, M.D. Retired.
