Went to the store this weekend. Was NOT helped for 20 minutes and when I was, the employee was very condescending and rude. Never go back.

We didn't expect to buy anything when we visited as we've been to a dozen other places but this visit was different!! Lori was absolutely great in helping us narrow down the choices for our living room and finding what worked best for our lifestyle. She even came out to our house to help us with color choices and furniture placement. There are SO many colors and styles to choose from that anybody can find something that will work in their house. Love this store I try and shop locally (Janesville) but they can't compete with the selection, quality and price. Pierce has it all. If you can't find what you are looking for ask them they will help in any way they can.
