An intruder forcefully entered the garage door which caused the control panel broken, I contacted Pierce Garage Door Repair right away consulting for repair and got a technician to come and check the door 2 hours later. Thomas came over on time, he was really good and fast to find the problem then replaced a control panel, I would strongly recommend Pierce Garage Door Repair and Thomas! Definitely will come back for future repair and replacement if any!!
We live in the Santa Paula and recently had 2 garage doors installed by Pierce Garage Door. Highly recommend Pierce Overhead Repair! I sent a request early in the morning, not expecting to hear back for couple hours. Was I ever surprised to get a response within 5 minutes! I had an great experience with Pierce Garage for my overhead garage door installation. They gave me the entire run down of from start to finish. They were extremely professional and they gave me a great deal of information about the entire system.
Reliable, kind, knowledgeable and priced fairly. Bill is an excellent communicator. He helped me to coordinate the garage door repair for my mother. He went above and beyond with a much-needed tune up for a very fair price. Mom was pleased to work with a "kind, polite and capable gentleman." We highly recommend Pierce.
