I wish there was a rating for zero stars! We are looking to make some changes to our living room ! We walked into this store today in search of a sectional with recliners! No one greeted us but we could hear the woman at the front desk very loudly who was apparently on a personal phone call! We found a sectional we think would work great but still no recognition from the loud lady still on a personal phone call- another person was in the back with headphones on no help either! A year to a year and a half ago, I purchased a blue recliner from this business along with a $300 protection/insurance plan. The chair was an appropriate size for me at the time of purchase. Within 24 hours, while in a reclined position, the chair tilted backward and flipped over. I contacted the store immediately. After confirming that the chair was immediately covered and my cat did not sit on it, the store arranged for an inspection.
